A new PV trailer for the second cour of the ongoing Trillion Game TV anime series has been revealed, confirming two new opening and ending theme songs and four new voice cast members.
The second cour will begin with the anime’s 14th episode on January 9, 2025. No new episode will air on December 26, 2024 or January 2, 2025. The anime has been airing in Japan since October 4, 2024 and is expected to run for 26 episodes.
The trailer previews the new opening theme “over the top” by Hiroji Miyamoto and ending theme “EGOIST” by imase.
The four additional cast members joining the series include:

- • Lynn as Akari Shirotora
- • Kenjiro Tsuda as Kunugi
They join a main voice cast that stars:
- • Takeo Otsuka as Haru Tennoji
- • Shoya Ishige as Manabu “Gaku” Taira
- • M.A.O as Kirika Kokuryu
- • Hiroki Tochi as Kazuki Kedoin
- • Yuki Tanaka as Rinrin Takahashi
- • Takaya Hashi as Kazuma Kokuryu
- • Masaaki Mizunaka as Nagase
Yuzo Sato is directing the anime series, with Ryunosuke Kingetsu as series screenwriter, Kei Tsuchiya as character designer, and Takuro Iga as music composer. Madhouse is handling the animation production.
The anime is based on the manga series written by Riichiro Inagaki and illustrated by Ryoichi Ikegami. It was first serialized in Shogakukan’s Big Comics Superior magazine on December 11, 2020 and has released nine tankobon volumes as of April 2024. VIZ Media releases the manga in English for North America.
The manga also inspired a 10-episode live-action TV drama series that was released on Netflix. Another live-action film with the same cast and staff from the series will premiere on February 14, 2025.

Crunchyroll will stream Trillion Game in several countries and territories outside of Japan, describing the main synopsis as:
Old schoolmates Haru and Gaku will do anything to achieve success. And success to them means earning a trillion dollars! But to do so, they’ll need to take full advantage of their own unique skills. Haru is a persuasive and confident speaker who can connect with anyone, while Gaku, although awkward, is an expert programmer. Will their combined talents be enough to make their dream a reality?
