Remow has revealed a new teaser visual and trailer for the upcoming TV anime adaptation of Your Forma, which will premiere in Japan in April 2025. The anime’s production staff and main cast were also revealed.
The new teaser trailer is available to watch with multiple subtitles, including English. It showcases main heroine Echika diving into a radiant cyber world and exploring cosmopolitan settings such as St. Petersburg and London. The trailer also highlights the relationship and camaraderie between Echika and her android partner, Harold.
The main cast is headlined by Kana Hanazawa as Echika Hieda and Kensho Ono as Harold W. Lucraft.
Takaharu Ozaki (Goblin Slayer, Girls’ Last Tour) is directing the anime series, with Kazuyuki Fudeyasu (That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime seasons 1-3) as screenwriter and scriptwriter, Chikashi Kadekaru (Mieruko-chan) as character designer, and Tatsuya Kato (Dr. Stone) as music composer. Geno Studio is in charge of the animation production.
The original light novels are written by Mareho Kikuishi and illustrated by Tsubata Nozaki. It was first published by ASCII Media Works’ Dengeki Bunko imprint on March 10, 2021 and has released six volumes as of August 2023.
The light novels also inspired a 2021 manga adaptation illustrated by Yoshinori Kisaragi. The series was the grand prize winner of the 27th Dengeki Shousetsu Taishou. Yen Press licensed the light novels and manga adaptation for release in English.

In 1992, a pandemic of viral encephalitis shook the world. The medical technology that saved humanity evolved into “Your Forma”—an invasive information device implanted into the brain. In this world where every sight, sound, and even emotion is recorded, investigating major crimes means diving into the collective data, a job reserved for special detectives called “Electronic Investigator.”
Echika Hieda, a prodigious “Electronic Investigator” assigned at an astonishingly young age, stands isolated by her exceptional talent. Her newly assigned partner is Harold, a blonde, blue-eyed humanoid “Amicus.” Together, this unrivaled duo will expose every hidden secret.
