A TV anime adaptation of Shinichiro Nariie‘s See You Tomorrow At The Food Court. (Food Court de, Mata Ashita.) will premiere in 2025. A teaser visual has been released.
Kazuomi Koga (Rent-A-Girlfriend Season 1 and 2, How I Attended an All-Guy’s Mixer) is directing the show at Atelier Pontdarc. Kyuta Sakai (Re:ZERO Season 1 and 2) is the character designer and chief animation director, while Jukki Hanada (Sound! Euphonium, Girls Band Cry) is the series composer.
See You Tomorrow At The Food Court. was originally a Twitter comic before getting serialized on KADOKAWA’s Comic Newtype. Yen Press describes the premise as:
To their classmates, Wada is a quiet rich girl while Yamamoto is an intimidating lone wolf…but what they don’t know is that Wada is a mobile game addict in a passionate love-hate relationship (with a 2D character) and Yamamoto has a penchant for urban legends with eyes only for her favorite YouTuber.
