A main trailer for The Red Ranger Becomes an Adventurer in Another World anime has been released. There’s also a key visual, the reveal of the show’s January 12, 2025 JST premiere date, and more cast info.
The newly announced cast names include Haruka Shiraishi as Raniya, Makoto Furukawa as Ajeel, Ryoko Shiraishi as Shauha, Hiroyuki Yoshino as Abudhabi, and Kenichi Suzumura as Vidan.
The Red Ranger Becomes an Adventurer in Another World is based on the manga by Koyoshi Nakayoshi, which has been serialized in Square Enix Monthly Shonen Gangan since October 2020. The eighth tankoubon volume was released on the same date as the anime’s new reveals. Manga Up! describes the premise as:
Asagaki Togo was the Red Ranger in a heroic Ranger squad. During their final battle against the ultimate evil organization, he suffers a crushing defeat and resigns himself to death… That is, until he finds himself reborn in an entirely different world! Embracing his new role as an adventurer, he transforms into Kizuna Red and continues his pursuit of justice, helping those in need. Enjoy this heroic tale of a Ranger becoming the protector of another world!
