The Yowayowa Teacher (Yowayowa Sensei) manga by Fukuchi Kamio will be adapted into a TV anime.
The manga started serialization in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine in 2022 and has nine tankoubon volumes as of October 2024. The rom-com is about a second-year high schooler, Akihito Abikura, and his homeroom teacher, Hiyori Hiwamura. Hiyori has a reputation for being fierce, but Akihito accidentally discovers that she possesses another side that is in stark contrast to her image.
In addition to the anime announcement, it was announced that a pop-up store will be held at the Gamers store in Akihabara from December 17, 2024 JST to January 13, 2024 JST.
