Netflix has revealed a new key visual and Japanese voice cast for its upcoming Tokyo Override animated series, which will premiere on the service on November 21, 2024.

The Japanese voice cast for the series (who are pictured below) include:
- • Fairouz Ai as Kai
- • Ryota Takeuchi as Hugo
- • Tomoaki Maeno as Spoke
- • Mariya Ise as Watari
- • Shigeru Chiba as Yukio
- • Yu Serizawa as Ayumi
- • Otsuka Hochu as Kageyama
- • Miyu Irino as Yasumoto
- • Yuko Kaida as Ieuji

Yusuke Fukada (Perfect World, Ultimate Beastmaster) and Thai director Veerapatra Jinanavin (Midnight Story animated short) are co-directing the series, in collaboration with Yamaha Motor and Honda Motor. Fukada, Sornperes Subsermsri, and Kwunchanok Meesilpa are also credited as producers. Thai-based RiFF Studio is the animation production company for the series.
Netflix describes the main synopsis of Tokyo Override as:
In AI-optimized Tokyo 100 years in the future, an orphan teenage hacker blends in until a favor for her only friend inadvertently draws her into a benevolent gang of outcast motorcyclists, uncovering the seemingly utopian city’s sinister underbelly through a murder investigation linked to a drug syndicate.
