The upcoming second season of Wind Breakers has received a teaser visual and trailer.
The latter reveals that Ryota Osaka is playing Tasuku Tsubakino, one of Bofurin’s Four Heavenly Kings.
It was also announced that April 2025 will be when the new Wind Breakers season starts to air,
The first season of the delinquent action anime premiered on April 4. It is based on the Kodansha-published manga by Satoru Nii, which started serialization on Magazine Pocket since 2021 and has 19 tankoubon volumes as of October 2024.
Kodansha USA describes the Wind Breaker manga as:
Haruka Sakura wants nothing to do with weaklings—he’s only interested in the strongest of the strong. He’s from Fuurin High School, a school of near-dropout degenerates known only for their brawling strength. And in a town known for its territorial disputes, Haruka’s got only one goal—become the hero his town deserves.
Crunchyroll has confirmed that it will stream the second season in over 200 countries and territories worldwide.
