A new PV trailer has been revealed for the ongoing Tasuketsu: Fate of the Majority TV anime series, along with the addition of a new cast member. The series first premiered in Japan on July 3, 2024 and will air for two consecutive cours.
The new trailer previews the second cour’s new main opening theme “Fly Higher” by Travis Japan. Meanwhile the new ending theme will be “REASONS” by Aina Aiba.
Noel Kawashima was also revealed to be joining the voice cast as Kai Kasai. He joins a main cast that stars:

Tatsuo Sato (Helck director) is directing and writing the screenplay for the anime, with Nami Hayashi (Helck co-sub character designer) as character designer, Tooru Hamazaki (Helck Episode 8 and 14 director) as assistant director, and R・O・N (Hypnosis Mic: Division Rap Battle – Rhyme Anima) as music composer. Satelight is in charge of the animation production.
The original manga series is written and illustrated by Taiga Miyakawa, which was first serialized on ComicSmart’s GANMA website on September 1, 2013. Six tankobon volumes have been published by Micro Magazine as of December 2020. The series was republished under ComicSmart in December 2023, with the second volume releasing on January 26, 2024.
The manga has been split into three parts during its publication. The first part ran from September 11, 2013 to November 28, 2014, while part two was released from April 30, 2015 to November 10, 2017 and part three has been serialized since November 17, 2017.

Crunchyroll is streaming Tasuketsu: Fate of the Majority worldwide, outside of Japan, and describes the main synopsis as:
What if your life hung in the balance of a twisted game? A self-proclaimed “Emperor” has gathered five young people through anonymous messages and asks, “Do you want to live?” But the game only has one rule: “Majority dies.” Saneatsu and Saaya, among the five trapped individuals, unite to defeat the Emperor and end the game once and for all.
