Crunchyroll has dropped a few “specially curated” playlists on Spotify as part of an exclusive partnership with the music streamer, which also includes a shelf on its Anime Hub.
There are five music playlists to delve into: Crunchyroll Anime Essentials, The Broody Black-Haired MC, The Bubbly Pink-Haired BFF, The OP White-Haired Sensei, and The Journey Begins. Below are examples of the songs you can find in each and Crunchyroll’s descriptions for them:

Aside from the music playlists, Crunchyroll is also releasing its Crunchyroll Presents: The Anime Effect podcast on Spotify.
Spotify debuted its Anime Hub in November 2019, and it says that “global streams of anime music have surged by 395% since 2021.” Spotify’s Head of Music in Japan Kyota Onishi hopes that the hub will “become an indispensable part of Anime culture,” while Crunchyroll’s Executive Vice President of Emerging Business Terry Li, who is also the General Manager of Crunchyroll Games, says, “Music is a vital part of the anime experience, and through our partnership with Spotify, we’re excited to amplify that connection and make fandom even more immersive for our fans.”
