A new One Piece game, titled One Piece Grand Arena, is set to be released in winter 2024. Instead of being a standalone product, it will be one of the games available in Roblox, the popular virtual platform that allows users to make their own games and experience other users’ creations.
One Piece Grand Arena will feature “intense” multiplayer battles with up to 20 players, with players having access to “various characters” from the One Piece series. A teaser trailer provides a glimpse of how that will play out.
The game was announced at the One Piece Day’ 24 event, which ran from August 10 to 11 JST at Makuhari Messe. Also revealed during the event was the staff of the upcoming The One Piece anime, a WIT STUDIO-produced remake of the One Piece TV anime adaptation.
