A new teaser PV trailer and main cast members have been revealed for the upcoming I’m a Noble on the Brink of Ruin, So I Might as Well Try Mastering Magic TV anime series, which begins airing in Japan in January 2025.
The main voice cast for the anime stars:
- • Ayumu Murase as Liam
- • Tomokazu Sugita as Lardon
- • Haruka Tomatsu as Asuna
- • Saori Hayami as Jodie
Kenichi Ishikura (Sakura Trick, Ongaku Shoujo) is directing the anime series, with Tatsuya Takahashi (The Faraway Paladin: The Lord of Rust Mountains) as series screenwriter, Midori Ootsuka (Kamen no Maid Guy design works co-staff) as character designer, and Alisa Okehazama (The Reincarnation of the Strongest Exorcist in Another World) as music composer. Studio Deen and Marvy Jack are in charge of the animation production for the series.
The light novel series is written by Nazuna Miki and Illustrated by Kabotya. The first volume was released by TO Books on February 10, 2020. Eight volumes have been released as of March 2024. The story began as a Shosetsuka ni Naro web novel in September 2019 and has also inspired a manga adaptation by Rio Akisaki in 2020.

J Novel Club releases the I’m a Noble on the Brink of Ruin, So I Might as Well Try Mastering Magic light novels and manga adaptation, describing the former as:
