Little Akihabara is collaborating with Cygames and Sentai Filmworks on a brand new maid café pop-up, inspired by the violently humorous anime series Akiba Maid War. The pop-up event titled “The Akiba Maid War Café, ‘Ton Tokoton!’” will open in Los Angeles, California from June 28, 2024 to July 28, 2024.
The Akiba Maid War collaboration cafe will be open on weekdays from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on weekends from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM. It will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, except on July 8, 2024.
The café will also host special “Oinky Doink Live Porkformance” showings with assigned seating. These shows will only be performed on “Live Porkformance” special slots, but personal performances may also be purchased on weekdays.
The café’s menu items are directly inspired by Akiba Maid War, which are enhanced by magical maid spells and cute drawings. Visitors can choose between three different types of the following:

- • Heart Kyun! Curry (Chicken Curry Rice)
- • Piglet Cutlet Bento, includes drawing service! (Tonkatsu Bento)

- • Oinky Doinky Drink (Our special soda w/ taste enhancing spell included!)
- • Piggy Pearl Iced Coffee
- • Oinky Doink Water
All attendees will also receive a free exclusive coaster and complimentary decorated Polaroid with their lovely maid with their reservation. They can also purchase event-exclusive merchandise to commemorate their visit to the Ton Tokoton Café such as stickers, blind box keychains, tin badge, penlight, T-shirts, and more.
Tickets for the event are by reservation only. Weekday sets will cost between US$25.00 to US$45.00 while weekend shows will cost between US$60.00 to US$80.00. Weekday café reservation seating is first come first serve, and the cafe has a maximum capacity of 52 guests (13 tables with 4 chairs each).
A preview media event for invited VIP guests, influencers, and press will be held on June 27, 2024 at 7:30 PM PST. Visitors can purchase a VIP package ticket for US$120.00 to join them for early access to the cafe’s opening, where they will also receive exclusive merchandise.
