Update: The pilot PV for Ninja Skooler has been released on YouTube. It reveals that its main characters will be Rappa, the protagonist and a Ninja School student; Kamari, Rappa’s rival and classmate; and Machi Okachi, a new teacher at the Ninja School. Rappa also has a pet (?) called Pochimaru.

Original: In addition to the mermaid-themed Goodbye, Lara, animation production studio Kinema Citrus has another upcoming original called Ninja Skooler. Both were revealed at the Kinema Citrus Sweet 16 panel at Anime Central 2024.
Shunsuke Takarai (“non-reflection.” Haruka Receive co-main animator) is directing Ninja Skooler with Hami as character designer. Kinema Citrus and breccia are credited with the show’s planning and concept.
