The WIXOSS multimedia franchise has received an anime PV/sequel, titled selector loth WIXOSS, in commemoration of its 10th anniversary.
The PV is produced by J.C.STAFF with Yukie Hiyamizu (selector destructed WIXOSS co-animation director, Toradora prop designer) as character designer and co-storyboard artist, director, and key animator. Sharing the latter three roles with Hiyamizu is Shigeki Kimoto (selector destructed WIXOSS chief animation director, Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? character designer).
WIXOSS is a media-mix project that includes a trading card game from Takaratomy. The anime in the franchise include Spring 2014’s selector infected WIXOSS, Fall 2014’s selector spread WIXOSS, and 2016’s selector destructed WIXOSS movie.
