miHoYo has released a seven-minute animated short for its popular free-to-play open world RPG Genshin Impact, titled “The Song Burning in the Embers.”

The short features the characters Clervie, Crucabena, Peruere, and “The Jester” Pierro, the Director of the Fatui. Peruere is presently “The Knave” Arlecchino, the fourth Fatui Harbinger, with “The Song Burning in the Embers” serving to explain her origin.

Arlecchino, who is voiced by Erin Yvette in English and Nanako Mori in Japanese, will become available as a playable 5-star Pyro character in the game’s Version 4.6 update, “Two Worlds Aflame, the Crimson Night Fades.” She will also be added as a new Weekly Boss.

Version 4.6 will launch on April 24.
