A gorgeous animated preview trailer for the Arknights: Ambience Synesthesia 2024 RES:Souvenance live performance event has been released.
The Arknights: Ambience Synesthesia 2024 trailer, which offers a feast of attractive character drawings, intricate background art, and exquisite compositing, is unit directed by animator YakumoCrack, who previously storyboarded and unit directed Arknights‘ “Near Light” anime PV.
The compositing direction duties were performed by Bowen Liang, who has previously collaborated with Hiromatsu Shu on the latter’s Fate/Grand Order – Memorial Movie 2023, and Chainsaw Man ending animation 5. Kazuki Higashiji (Maboroshi and Maquia: When The Promised Flower Blooms art director) was involved with the background art, presumably as art director. Animator TOMATO designed Amiya’s look for the PV, in addition to contributing some animation and animation supervision.
The Arknights: Ambience Synesthesia live performances feature the original music composed for the Arknights franchise. Last year’s Ambience Synesthesia 2023: Wanted concert was held from April 29 to May 1 in the Qizhong Forest Sports City Arena.
