The upcoming original racing anime series Highspeed Etoile is set to premiere on April 5, 2024 in Japan. A new key visual featuring most of the anime’s cast members has been released, as well as another PV trailer.
The new trailer previews the anime’s opening theme “ADRENALIZED” by voice actress and singer Nana Mizuki and the ending theme “Fanfare” by Japanese rock band Scandal.

The trailer also reveals some main production staff members working on the series. Keitaro Motonaga is serving as director, with Takamitsu Kono as screenwriter and FirstCallMusic as music composer. Takuya Fujima (Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha ViVid manga artist) is also credited as the original character designer. Studio A-CAT is handling the animation production for the series.

A manga series titled Highspeed Etoile: L’Entrée de Towa et Kanata by Chiaki Misono has been serialized in Akita Shoten’s Manga Cross website since October 23, 2023.
Highspeed Etoile takes place in a futuristic world where advanced technology has made vehicles easily travel to speeds upwards at 500 km/h, safely and securely. As a result, a next-generation racing event called NEX Race is born, greatly changing the world of racing.

The main story follows a young former ballet dancer named Rin Rindo. After an injury ends her career early, she became a reclusive NEET gamer who holed herself up in her grandmother’s house. One day, she is suddenly thrown into the world of professional racing.
