The Koi wa Futago de Warikirenai anime has revealed a new visual of its twin heroines. There are also some new cast announcements.
Joining the cast are Katsumi Fukuhara as Toyoshige Moriwaki, Misaki Ikeda as Reira Asano, and Yuuko Oono as Ririsu Kamedake.
Koi wa Futago de Warikirenai is based on the Dengeki Bunko light novel series penned by Shihon Takamura and illustrated by Almic. The story involves a love triangle between Jun and the Jinguuji twins who live next door to him.
The anime will be produced by Roll2, which typically functions as a support studio (as an example, it was credited for production assistance in the third episode of The Apothecary Diaries). It is one of multiple support studios that have been tasked with being the main animation production studio of an anime series in recent times.
The first volume of the light novels was published in 2021, and there are five volumes as of March 2023. The light novels have inspired a manga adaptation drawn by OKARI.
