The upcoming anime film i☆Ris the Movie – Full Energy!! will debut in Japan on May 17. A main trailer and visual have been released.
It was also announced that Rie Takahashi and Mitsuki Saiga will be in the film as Shirorisu and Kurorisu, squirrels from the songless Risurisuland who request the aid of the i☆Ris members, respectively. Additionally, the theme song will be “Ai for you!” by i☆Ris.
i☆Ris is an Avex Group and 81 Produce-managed voice-actor/idol unit that was formed in 2012 following the Anisong Vocal Audition. It has performed anime songs like the Wise Man’s Grandchild opening “Ultimate☆MAGIC,” the Magical Sempai opening “FANTASTIC ILLUSION,” the Kakegurui Twin ending “Queens Bluff,” and multiple PriPara openings. Its members voiced the main characters of the latter.
The i☆Rislineup currently comprises Saki Yamakita, Yuu Serizawa, Himika Akaneya, Yuuki Wakai, and Miyu Kubota. Azuki Shibuya graduated in January 2021.
