NIJISANJI and ANYCOLOR INC. has announced the graduation of NIJISANJI EN VTuber Kyo Kaneko. Kyo debuted as part of ILUNA, NIJISANJI EN’s sixth wave and first mixed gendered wave.
Kyo Kaneko will be graduating on 17 February, 2024. The sale of all merchandise will be stopped gradually with no final date included in the announcement.
Kyo scheduled a Livestream just after the announcement was made.
Included in the announcement was a brief message from ANYCOLOR INC. relaying their appreciation for Kyo.
“As a member of ILUNA, Kyo debuted in July 2022 and he attracted and entertained many fans with his unique humor, wit and creativity. We sincerely appreciate his hard work and have the utmost respect for his achievements in NIJISANJI EN. We wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors.”
NIJISANJI has confirmed the remaining VTubers of ILUNA — Maria Marionette, Aster Arcadia, Aia Amare, Ren Zotto, and Scarle Yonaguni — will be continuing their streaming activities.
Kyo has received support from his genmates including a tweet from Maria Marionette.

Kyo Kaneko debuted as part of NIJISANJI EN’s sixth English-language wave ILUNA in July 2022. He has 432,000 YouTube subscribers at the time of the announcement.
