Ohmuro-ke: Dear Sisters, the first of two upcoming YuruYuri spin-off movies, has received a main trailer and visual. It was also announced that it will begin screening in Japan on February 2, 2024.

The trailer includes a preview of the theme song “My Dear SiSTARS!”  by Oogesa ni Ai to Yobunda, which comprises Emiri Katou, Chiwa Saitou, Rina Hidaka, Reo Kurachi, Ayasa Itou, and Aoi Koga as their respective characters.

Ohmuro-ke: Dear Sisters and its follow-up, Ohmuro-ke: Dear Friends, are based on Namori‘s Ohmuro-ke manga, which began serialization in 2013 and has six tankoubon volumes as of December 2022. The series, published by Ichijinsha and currently serialized on Yurihime@pixiv, follows the lives of the Ohmuro sisters.

The Ohmuro sisters first appeared in the main YuruYuri manga series (also by Namori), which began in 2008 and has inspired various anime series and OVAs. Ohmuro-ke: Dear Friends will premiere sometime in 2024 as well.
