One Peace Books announced earlier in the week that it has licensed Ken Saitou‘s Tales of the Tendo Family historical shoujo manga. The first volume will be released on April 9, 2024 and the second volume on June 25, 2023.
The publisher also revealed the English covers for the series’ first two volumes.
Saitоu launched the manga in Hakusensha’s LaLa DX magazine on August 9, 2014. Thirteen tankoubon volumes have been released as of June 5, 2023.
One Peace Books describes the first volume of Tales of the Tendo Family as:
Masato, a son of the Tendo family, is meant to marry Hojo Ran, the daughter of a baron. There’s just one problem: she’s a fake. The real Ran has fled after hearing that few make it out of the Tendo family alive. In her place is a young woman who says she will die if it means saving someone else’s life.
