The production team for the Kawagoe Boys Sing TV anime series revealed a second new key visual and PV trailer, as well as an airdate on October 9, 2023.
The new visual and trailer showcases the main characters that will be featured throughout the anime.
Jun Matsumoto (Infini-T Force Gatchaman Saraba Tomo yo) is directing the series, with Haru Watanabe (Osomatsu-san 3rd Season animation director) as character designer, and YUKI KANESAKA, Shin Rizumu, and Junko Yokoyama as music composers. Studio evg is in charge of the animation production, with assistance from Telecom Animation Film.
Meanwhile, the ensemble voice cast for Kawagoe Boys Sing includes Kazuyuki Okitsu as Haruo Hibiki, Shoutarou Uzawa as Tenshi “Danbocchi” Dei, Reiou Tsuchida as Hiroshi Yazawa, Yuuki Obara as Shuuji Shiratori, Nao Nakanishi as Kaito Kobashi, Makoto Kaneko as Shizuo Barato, Subaru Kimura as Jin Adachi, Youji Ikuta as Kou Hyuuga, Yuuri Ise as Shin Hyuuga, Shouta Hayama as Tomo Hakase, and Kazumasa Fukagawa as Curtis Suzuki.

The story follows Tenshi Dei — an ex-choir member whose peaceful high school life at Kawagoe Academy is disrupted by the sudden appearance of Haruo Hibiki. Haruo is a talented but troublesome former conductor who was recently expelled from the orchestra. To get himself reinstated, Haruo enlists Tenshi and several other singers to create a boys choir club to win the National Boys Choir Competition.
