The production team for the Bikkuri-Men anime series announced that the show will begin airing sometime in October 2023. A new PV trailer, highlighting the opening theme “Collection” by Dannie May, was also released.
Meanwhile, the ending theme is “Seishun☆Whatcha Gonna Do” performed by the respective voice actors for Yamato, Ushiwaka, and Jack.
The main voice cast includes Daishi Kajita as Yamato, Shuuta Morishima as Ushiwaka, Tatsuhara Tachibana as Jack, Souma Saitou as Phoenix, Katsuyuki Konishi as Maris, Youhei Azakami as Hood, Yuuki Sakakihara as Peter, Atsushi Tamaru as Ali Baba, Yuuichirou Umehara as Ippontsuri, and Mitsuhiro Ichiki as Shokoshi.
Other cast members include Yui Ogura as Cross, Yuu Kobayashi as Oasis, Katsuhisa Houki as Khan, and Shinnosuke Tokudome as Takayan.
The production staff includes Shaman King creator Hiroyuki Takei as original character designer, Tomohiro Tsukimisato (Ueno-san wa Bukiyou) as director, Yuniko Ayana (BanG Dream!, Given) as series screenwriter, and Ayano Oowada (Ueno-san wa Bukiyou) as character designer. Shin-Ei Animation is credited with the general production, while Lesprit is in charge of the animation.

The anime series is inspired by Lotte’s Bikkuriman snack stickers. Earlier Bikkuriman anime include Bikkuriman, Shin Bikkuriman, Super Bikkuriman, Bikkuriman 2000, and Happy Lucky Bikkuriman. The first Bikkuriman aired in the late 80s, while Happy Lucky Bikkuriman aired from 2006 to 2007. Bikkuri-men will feature a “completely new original story” that sees characters such as Yamato and Phoenix being reincarnated in modern times.
