The #Compass 2.0－Combat Providence Analysis System anime has received a new action-packed trailer and a 2025 premiere date.
The anime was previously announced last December with another trailer. The show is inspired by the 2016 mobile game #Compass－Combat Providence Analysis System from NHN PlayArt Corp. and Dwango Co., Ltd.. The game is described as a 3v3 “real-time online strategy game” where players attempt to capture points on a map and can build decks with the skill cards they collect.
Reprising their roles from the game are:
• Souma Saitou as Reiya
• Sora Amamiya as Jeanne d’Arc
• Tetsuya Kakihara as Tadaomi Ouka
• Marina Inoue as Matoi Fukagawa
• Kazuhiro Yamaji as Gustav Heydrich
• Kana Hanazawa as Amairo Kitsunegasaki
Several animated shorts have been produced for the game.
