EUREKA: EUREKA SEVEN HI-EVOLUTION will premiere in Malaysia on February 24. The release date was revealed via two trailers uploaded by the GSC Movies YouTube channel.

It was revealed earlier this week that the movie was “coming soon” to Malaysia and Singapore, and that EUREKA: EUREKA SEVEN HI-EVOLUTION would be screened exclusively in GSCinemas in Malaysia and in Cathay Cineplexes in Singapore.

EUREKA: EUREKA SEVEN HI-EVOLUTION, which premiered in Japan on November 26, is the third and final part of the EUREKA SEVEN HI-EVOLUTION trilogy. The movie trilogy is inspired by the 2005 Eureka Seven mecha series, which received a sequel series titled Eureka Seven: AO in 2012. The first two Hi-Evolution films differed from the original series to varying degrees.

Funimation describes the plot as:

EUREKA: EUREKA SEVEN HI-EVOLUTION is set after the events of the previous film. Eureka has lived alone in atonement for ten years, hated by the world and blamed for the chaos that destroyed everything. In a fateful encounter, she receives an order to protect Iris, a new “Eureka,” who has the ability to produce Scab Corals. It’s a fateful meeting between the former Eureka, who has lost her powers, and Iris, who fears her powers. When Eureka is asked to put her life on the line as a new crisis arises, will Eureka have the strength to protect Iris and the world? What future awaits her at the end of her journey?
